1. About CACHALOT

CACHALOT is an application and service that automates production and publishing of content: creation of videos and SEO articles, and automated posting to social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, VK, and Telegram) on behalf of clients who have explicitly connected their accounts via OAuth.

By using the cachalot.cc website, the CACHALOT service, or the CACHALOT dashboard, you agree to these terms.

3. What CACHALOT services include

• Video production: scripting, scene generation, editing, voice-over for vertical 9:16 videos.
• SEO article production: keyword analysis, long-form generation, illustrations, publishing to the client's CMS.
• Automated posting: publishing of ready content to the client's social accounts on a schedule, using accounts connected via OAuth.
• Dashboard: queue, statuses, moderation, analytics — the client controls the process.

4. Account and social connections

So that CACHALOT can publish content on your behalf, you connect your TikTok (or other platform) account through the Login page using the standard OAuth flow. You control the access and can revoke it at any time in the platform's settings.

By connecting an account, you confirm that:

• you are authorized to publish content from that account;
• you will not violate the rules of the relevant platform (TikTok Community Guidelines, YouTube Terms, etc.);
• the content CACHALOT publishes on your behalf complies with the laws of your jurisdiction;
• you are responsible for the published material.

5. What CACHALOT will not do

• Publish anything without your explicit request.
• Use your OAuth tokens to read third-party content, perform analytics, or for any purpose other than publishing on your behalf.
• Share your data with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Store your TikTok or other-platform credentials (CACHALOT only handles OAuth tokens).

6. Payment and pricing

The cost to launch and configure the service is agreed individually before work begins — see the Pricing page. After CACHALOT hands over the configured factory to the client, no additional monthly product-access fee is charged; the client pays only for actual external-API usage (Vertex AI, Gemini, etc.) at cost, without markup.

7. Intellectual property

CACHALOT software, dashboard design, documentation, and infrastructure solutions belong to the operator. Content created by CACHALOT for a specific client (videos, articles, illustrations) is transferred to the client under a non-exclusive license for any use within the client's business.

The client warrants that materials submitted to CACHALOT for use (logos, photos, texts) do not infringe third-party rights.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

CACHALOT makes reasonable efforts to keep the service operational but does not guarantee 100% uptime. CACHALOT is not liable for losses, lost profits, or indirect damages caused by service outages or external-API outages (TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

CACHALOT's maximum liability to the client is limited to the amount the client actually paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the CACHALOT service at any time:

• Revoke OAuth access in the relevant platform's settings.
• Request deletion of your data at [email protected].

CACHALOT may suspend or terminate a client's access if these terms, applicable laws, or connected-platform rules are violated.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are resolved in the courts at the operator's registered location (Novi Sad).

11. Changes to these terms

CACHALOT may update these terms. The current version is always available at cachalot.cc/terms-of-service. Active clients will be notified by email about material changes.
